My Coaching Approach

At CW Mobile Notary Coaching, coaching is approached through both an educational and strategic lens. As a Texas Notary, Loan Signing Agent, Texas Real Estate Agent, educator, and strategist, I understand that people learn differently, process information differently, and build confidence differently.

Some individuals need space to ask questions, verbally process ideas, and think through roadblocks.
Some prefer self paced learning with support available when needed.
Others work best with hands on accountability, structure, and direct guidance throughout the process.

That is why this coaching experience is not built around a one size fits all approach.

One of the biggest mistakes new notaries make is trying to copy what everyone else is doing.
